Settlement, delinquency, missed payments, restructuring or other account events may affect a customer's credit history or score. SettleMyDue does not guarantee credit-score improvement or deletion of accurate credit information.
Recovery-conduct support does not prevent a lender or authorised representative from undertaking lawful recovery activity or remove the customer's underlying repayment obligations. Customers should continue to review lender notices and time-sensitive communications.
